Notre Dame to Kick Off Against Arkansas at Noon

Kickoff is set for noon ET in Fayetteville, Arkansas, where Notre Dame will take on the Razorbacks for the first time. The game will be aired on ABC.

Moments ago, Notre Dame announced that the official kickoff time for the Fighting Irish vs the Arkansas Razorbacks will be at noon ET. Notre Dame will be traveling down to Fayetteville, Arkansas, on September 27th this coming season in what will be the first-ever matchup between the two schools.

Notre Dame was originally scheduled to take on Arkansas back in 2020, until the college football world was shaken up due to the COVID-19 pandemic, where many teams were mostly confined to conference play, with Notre Dame joining the ACC full-time for football temporarily. Arkansas finished the 2020 season at 3-7, while the Irish went undefeated in the regular season and found their way in both the ACC Championship and the College Football Playoff that year.

Arkansas finished the 2024-25 season with a 7-6 record that was capped off with a 39-26 victory over Texas Tech in the Liberty Bowl. Notre Dame finished its 2024 campaign with a loss in the national championship game to Ohio State. ESPN's FPI currently has Notre Dame ranked 7th and Arkansas ranked 22nd overall, with the Razorbacks projected to win around six games compared to the Irish's nine games.
